Zack came out to snake a main drain at my neighbor’s home in Quincy. She is age 91. It was a really complex blockage and a very difficult situation as tree roots had built up over the years. And she had sewage backed up below her basement floor. He did a wonderful job. Other vendors had given up. He kept navigating until he got a solution. Wonderful work !

Contacted Drain Remedy for an issue on 9/18/24 and they responded in a very timely fashion. Farah, the very knowledgeable and personable technician, who arrived at my home, analyzed the problem very quickly, and took immediate action. She was later joined by Zach, who was also very good, since it was a two person job. From the first call, to Jesse coming to house within 30 minutes…nothing but pleased with the overall experience. Jesse was knowledgeable and assessed the situation accurately. The snake went 15.20 feet! We own a campanelli ranch and the drains are infamous for clogs and or failure. I highly recommend this company for service and pricing. Nice job Jesse and thank you! Now we can do our laundry.

Dan and his techs are like no other. I had an issue with bathroom flooding and couldn't get anyone in a reasonable time. Dan made sure that I am taken care of. His Tech was more than great, very caring and helped us in any way to find and fix the problem. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Thank You! :-)
